We have just used heat charge evolution to install an air source heat pump at our property. The day after I contacted them they arrived to give me a quote. The survey was done there and then . They were very thorough and measured every room and every radiator. I was very confident that they knew what they were talking about after a previous company we dealt with left me with doubts.
A detailed quote came back within a couple of days which I was very pleased with. The install took place within the next two weeks with all the radiators in the house being replaced, a new hot water tank and a heat pump. The old hot water system was removed.
The team were all polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way . I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I am already seeing a big difference in the cost of my hot water. The heat pump runs very quietly despite rumours saying different . It is a lot quieter than the gas boiler was. Once completed I was shown how to use all the controls and left in no doubt that any problems would be dealt with.
This company was knowledgeable and professional and Am 100% satisfied with the install .
I was very nervous about having a heat pump but all my worries have now gone and I look forward to my savings and having a warm and comfortable house.

Shropshire County Council appointed HCE Ltd to Fit a air source hating system, together with all the ancillary equipment to my property.
Dan and Luke arrived on the agreed date and time and immediately agreed an action plan.
They set to work and at the end of the day had removed almost all of the old equipment.From there on they worked relentlessly.for the next four days.
Throughout they were very considerate, and courteous placing covering over carpets etc and keeping disruption to a minimum as well as cleaning up and removing tools at the end of the day.
They were later joined by the electricians who with them worked as team, again keeping disruption to a minimum.
At the conclusion of the work( done in 4 days) David one the team went through the operation of the system with and assure me that he would be available should I experience any problems.
Right from my initial contact with the company, from the survey to the conclusion everyone from the company have been highly professional and competent .

Had my heat pump installed in January, a big thankyou to Dave who came to fit it, he was professional, polite and just got on with the job, he worked till late to get it done in the time frame and the guys that helped with the heavy lifting were also as polite and helpful. Recently had a heat pump install by the guys at Heat Charge and I couldn't be happier. I was apprehensive about the systems before enquiring, Andy explained everything to me and answered my every question. The initial survey process was very smooth, the quote was prompt and work started a few weeks later. The installation team were fantastic, very knowledgeable and cared about what they were doing. The whole team really took care of us and left my house as they found it, cleaning up after themselves. When the pump was installed and handed over to us we felt confident in using it and havent doubted our decisions to go with the technology and also to go with HCE.
