A detailed quote came back within a couple of days which I was very pleased with. The install took place within the next two weeks with all the radiators in the house being replaced, a new hot water tank and a heat pump. The old hot water system was removed.
The team were all polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way . I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I am already seeing a big difference in the cost of my hot water. The heat pump runs very quietly despite rumours saying different . It is a lot quieter than the gas boiler was. Once completed I was shown how to use all the controls and left in no doubt that any problems would be dealt with.

Dan and Luke arrived on the agreed date and time and immediately agreed an action plan.
They set to work and at the end of the day had removed almost all of the old equipment.From there on they worked relentlessly.for the next four days.
Throughout they were very considerate, and courteous placing covering over carpets etc and keeping disruption to a minimum as well as cleaning up and removing tools at the end of the day.
They were later joined by the electricians who with them worked as team, again keeping disruption to a minimum.
At the conclusion of the work( done in 4 days) David one the team went through the operation of the system with and assure me that he would be available should I experience any problems.
Right from my initial contact with the company, from the survey to the conclusion everyone from the company have been highly professional and competent .

First class experience with Heat Charge Evolution – from the first visit from Andy to design the system to the completion of the installation, it was effortless.
The quote was clear and explained everything that was going to be done and the performance that the system was going to deliver.
Our EPC needed updating – this was organised for us, as was the application for the Govt Grant.
Before installation took place we had a meeting to go through everything that was going to be done – so no surprises.
The installation team were great, clean, and caring and did an excellent skilled and professional job – all work completed in 2 days. Any work inside the house was treated with respect and every effort was made to protect our carpets / furniture etc and everything was well cleaned up afterwards.
The system works, it is quiet and delivers heat and hot water just as we want – it’s a significant improvement on our old oil fired boiler and is already saving us money after 3 weeks.
In short, I would highly recommend Heat Charge Evolution if you were considering heat pump work.
